• Increasing parts sales volume and managing all aspects of the sales cycle
• Establishing pricing parameters in each customer category, Generating and following-up of quotations.
• Managing commercial relationship and liaising between part sales and engineering for developing solutions for customer needs and specification.
•  Achieving budgeted turnover and Profit targets for part sales department, Analyzing sales, expenses, and inventory monthly to maintain profit goals.
• Administering new aggressive wholesale & retail parts program
• Monitoring Product Sales monthly at all locations and updating upper management and heads of all concerned departments about the same.
• Training and mentoring about utilizing category management tools including the process of evaluating part number mixes, deletions and additions.
• Coordinating with product & marketing teams on new part announcements, supersession and obsolescence. Coordinating with Supply Chain to ensure new product demand forecast are in place and up to date.
