Job Responsibilities

• Able to generate & qualify leads.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Schedule sales activity & follow up on sales activity.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials.
• Ensure the successful achievement of Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly sales target shared. 
• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities.
• Make sales calls to new and existing clients.
• Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Develop sales proposals & prepare and present sales contracts in consultation with senior
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically, or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
• Perform quality checks on service delivery.
• Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management.
• Carry out market research and surveys.( By Monitoring competitors presence & market conditions )
• Participate in sales events.

 Requirement

• Education level : Graduate / MBA
• Experience  :  1 to 4 Years of Relevant Experience
• Industry : Candidates should be from Security / Facility / Manpower / Any Service Industry
• Communication skills : Excellent Communication skills
• Age : Not More than 35 Years
• Certifications :  Certification in MS Office is Added advantage
• Location : Gurgaon
