Data entry of supplier invoices into SAP and mapping of invoices.
Check for completeness of documents submitted, liaison with other departnments for any clarification required.
Assist in AP audit confirmation requests for shipyard business and external AR confirmations received from vendors' auditors.
Provide copies of invoices for any back charges.
Prepare AP payments due and manage the bookkeeping in SAP.
Prepare / assist in bank reconciliation duties.
Assist in data migration to new system from 01/01/2025.
Correspond with AP vendors whenever required.
Assist in general admin support for the department (such as routing of mails, dispatch of documents, arranging signatories).
Maintain a systematic filing system for documents.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Able to work in Singapore (on-site)
