Role Purpose 
Proactively repsonds to complex customer queries as required and supports less experieinced colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain excellent relationships through proactive  ommunication & action ensuring contractual requirements and customer expectations are understood and refer opportunities for new business as approppriate.
• Take resposnsiblity for setting up training courses on our systems in line with customer expectation/needs
• Take responsibility for the administration of training events in line with global & local business requirements
• This will include scheduling, managing enrolments, confirming trainers and equipment, managing external venue bookings and managing accomodation bookings.
• Take responsibilty to collate and submit accurate management information, to assist with operational delivery and anticipate future demand
• Proactively support the promotion of the portal by engaing with customers to ensure that they can use all aspects of the tool. Escalate operational issues as appropriate.
• Take responsibilty for the accuracy and completeness of data in our systems.
• Laise with the invoicing team to ensure effective and timely invoicing of accounts
• Proactively carry out the tasks at the request of people managers and proactively contribute to team meetings and initiatives
• Mentor colleagues and share knowledge of our products, processes and designated customers
• Develop a thorough understanding of BA&IS products, services, systems and processes

 Technical/Professional Qualifications/Requirements

• Degree (Bachelor/Master) with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Client Management preferably in a service industry
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Take responsibilty for delivery customer needs
• Ability to proactively understand and assess issues, devise solutions and see them through to resolution
• Build and support team work, engaing and supporting others
• Proficiency in MS Office - a must
• Good command over in Engish & Korean (written as well as spoken)
