Job-scope, Duties, & Responsibilities:

• Gather all patient data of new patients: Full medical history, past disease, past treatments, current symptoms, current diagnosis, medications, nutrition supplements, diet habits, lifestyle habits, others.
• Take patient through all necessary diagnostic tests.
• Analyse & summarise client case to Doctor.
• Get patient treatment plan from doctor and fully understand it.
• Coach patient on the treatment plan.
• Set appointment dates for administering patient's treatment.
• Administer therapies to patients on set dates.
• Follow-up with patients on set dates.
• Assist other team-members when necessary.
• Other tasks per deemed necessary by managment.

Following are the requirements for our Staff Nurse postion.

Qualifications:

• At least a Diploma in Medical Assistant or Nursing.
• Any addition training or certifications is an added advantage but not necessary.

Skills:

• All necessary nursing skills.
• Leadership skills.
• Effective Communication skills.
• Languages: English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin Chinese.

Experience:

• At least 3 years experience in a nurse job in a clinic or hospital.

Character:

• Passionate to serve patients and help them fully recover.
• Submissive to leadership of Doctors & Superiors.
• Good team player; easy to work with others and co-operative.
• Self motivator.
• Emotionally stable.
• Strong desire to learn and grow.
