Job-scope, Duties & Responisbilities:

• General administrative tasks.
• Inventory and store management
• Furniture, fittings and equipment maintenance
• Communication with suppliers
• Document filing and maintenance
• Manage agendas/travel arrangmenets/appointments etc
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages etc
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping proccedures
• Create and update records and databased with personnel, financial and other data
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Do all organisation work for events
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
• Do miscellaneous administrative tasks as and when needed

• Any form office administration training
• If no formal training, then self-taught knowledge & skill is also acceptable
• Any additional training or certification is an added advantage but not necessary
