1. To Perform day to day general administrative tasks.
2. Attend to incoming and outgoing phone calls.
3. Handle Clients/Sales Team inquiries and perform assistance.
4. Prepare payment voucher and filing.
5. Assist in general sales proccesses ( prepare sales order, Invoice, request payment and update system)
6. Assist in delivery process (prepare D.O, update stock and arrange delivery with transporter)
7. Assist in adhoc task as asssigned
