1.       Performs daily operational duties of plantation operations which includes tilling soil, planting, irrigating, storing crops, and maintaining machines/equipment and assigns fields or rows to workers.

2.      Perform daily managerial duties which includes managing assistant manager(s) and supervisors in all areas including technical, operational and administrative duties and tasks.

3.      Provides training, supervision and evaluation to all plantation workers in technique such as planting, harvesting, weeding or insect identification and in the use of safety measures.

4.      Inspect crops, fields or plant stock to determine conditions and need for cultivating, spraying, weeding or harvesting.

5.      Plan and supervise infrastructure or collection maintenance functions such as planting, fertilizing, pets or weed control or landscaping.

6.      Requisition or purchase supplies, such as insecticides, machine parts or lubricants or tools.

7.      Knowledge in the safe operation and maintenance of farm equipment. Ability to manage and supervise, follow & give written and oral instructions, keep accurate records and solve practical problems.

8.      Tracking work load and updating spreadsheets on a daily basis

9.      Calculate or monitor budget for maintenance or development of collections, grounds, or infrastructure.

10.   Perform hardscape activities, including installation or repair of irrigation systems, resurfacing or grading paths, rock works or erosion control.

11.   Prepare various reports regarding farm conditions, crop yields, machinery breakdowns or labour problems.

1.  Candidates with at least 10years experience in MD2 Pineapple Plantation
2. Candidates with deep understanding of fertilizer/chemicals program
3. Experience in pineapple disease control, prevention and recovery
4. Land preperation - rotavotor, soil bedding, irrigation and canal system, etc
5. CPPC - Pineapple processing and packaging
6. Able to manage and supervise general workers
7. Knowledge of various Maintenance equipment and tools
8. Quality control - eg. brics level, quality, size, consistent weight and physical look shape, etc
9. Able to work outdoors under the sun/heat
