Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Able to make proposal and plan for overall digital media strategy
• Good technical skill in video editing, graphic design, animation and creative application or software
• Able to present design concept for the team
• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials (planning and implementation)
• Able to manage and train the team to support the creative team
• Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget
• Manage and oversee all digital marketing channels, including social media accounts (in-house executive)
• Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
• Able to work within a tight deadline
• Able to design layouts, including selection of colours, images, and related aspects
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, especially in creative aspects

Qualifications: Desired Skills and Experience 

• Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels and software
• Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• At least two years of experience as a Creative Digital Media Executive
• Skills and experience in creative content writing
• Command of English language both written and verbal (more languages proficiency is an added value)
