• Prepare pre-qualification documents.
• Work with Area Sales to understand the technical requirements from the customers, ensuring accuracy of information in a timely manner.
• Ensure all required information is provided prior to commencement of the tender proces.
• Provide detail cost estimate for tneder submission, liaise with product principals and internal teams in request quotations.
• Prepare and produce tender and full proposal documentation on qualified bids ensuring bids compliance.
• Produce bid support materials as required.
• Liaise with product suppliers for technical information and competitive pricing.
• Attend bid clarifications and hand over meetings.
• Drive end-to-end projects for customers, considering both technical and the sales parts involved. 

•  Minimum diploma/ degree holder in Engineering.
• 1-3 years experience in preparation of technical proposal, business to business sales or similar areas.
• Stong Engineering background.
