• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
• Assist in creating and distributing meeting minutes for the monthly manager’s meeting and other executive meetings.
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
• Make sure everything is planned and executed accordingly.
• Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
• Managing databases and filing systems.
• Attend meetings and events whenever required.
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
• Provide support in trainings and events whenever needed.
• Update SOP of the company whenever required.
• Regular update and provide related reports to superiors.
• Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.

 Independant; able to work under pressure; able to multi-task; must be able to read and write in minimum 3 languages
