Core Responsibilities:

We envision a smart and proactive individual who will fulfill 70% project management and 30% development. The successful candidate: 

• Manages a team of mobile application developers (both iOS and Android developers).
• Develops and maintains a detailed project plan.
• Effectively communicates with clients; as well as communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders timely and clearly.
• Plans, schedules, and tracks project timelines and deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Takes a leadership role in all phases of the project management life cycle: initiation, planning, implementation, controlling, and closing.
• Negotiates and manages changes to design specifications, project schedules, and the necessary resources to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Records and manages project issues.
• Ensures documentations are complete, current and stored appropriately.

Requirements:

• Strong XCode development skills.
• Strong knowledge of the technology used in iOS development, server behavior, and deployment.
• Knowledge in Appcelerator Titanium is an advantage.
• Knowledge in Android development is a huge advantage, but not a requirement.
• At least five (5) years of professional experience in software development; and at least two (2) years of work in iOS development.
• NOTE: We welcome senior mobile application developers who don’t have project management experience but who would like to take a management path. For this, we require at least an experience in dealing with clients.     
• Highly organized. Detail-oriented.
• Skilled both in English and Filipino. Proficient communicator, knows how to listen, and precise.
• Has an excellent leadership skill to manage a team. A people person.
• Open-minded, good motivator, calm under pressure.
• Displays integrity, has determination.
• Can work with tight deadlines.
• Thorough in testing, has a good sense of frontend.
