A. Coordinates with Department Heads for the training requirements of employees
B. Formulates/revised training modules including visual aids and materials for trainings/seminars that can be facilitated by In-house Trainer
C. Prepares training plan and budget based on the training needs analysis and existing workplace requirements and submits the same for the approval of management.
D. Prepares post-training reports and summary of trainings for the purpose of assessing training results

• Male of Female
• Graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, human Resource or equivalent
• with 3 years experience in the field of training
• with excellent communication skills
• Willing to work in Binondo, Manila
