Qualifications:
· Minimum of 1 year experience as a contact/call centre agent
· Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in any Computer Related Fields
· Working knowledge of Basic PC Hardware and Software
· Fluent in computer literacy : Specifically on Microsoft Excel
· Good Analytical / Problem-solving skill
· Good planning and organization skill
· Excellent command English skills
· Able to work under pressure
· Must be able to work on shifts
