• implement policies in support of company’s mission
• Contribute knowledge in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
• Supervise overall financial management, planning, systems and controls
• Monitor product in and out (stocks, marketing collaterals)
• Regularly report to General Manager to plan company’s objectives
• Oversee sales team and ensure sales targets are met
• Conceptualize marketing campaigns and oversee execution

• Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.

-Experience in similar field/ industry or job
