Candidate must be native Japanese living in the Philippines or are fluent in Japanese and have a very good understanding of Japanese cultural and business norms.
Can also understand, speak and write in English.
Previous advertising/marketing experience is an advantage.
Previous experience in communicating with Japanese executives via phone or e-mail.
General understanding of marketing techniques.
Ability to be self-directed and work independently.
Strong computer skills and general technical aptitude.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
Ability to engage and interact with internal teams to resolve client issues.
Willing to work long hours.
The role will provide business support for Business Development team covering the Japanese market.
Participate on calls with Japanese partners and be able to communicate details from Nihongo to English and vice versa.
