Cost U Less Inc., a direct importer, manufacturer and distributor providing wide range of products and services to various industry sectors in the Philippines is looking for sales executives with experience the Furniture, Interior Space Planning, Fit Out and Distribution Sector, Some of the producst Cost U Less offers are office furniture, restaurant & bar furniture, home furniture, system furniture, carpets, window blinds, custom office furniture, storage systems, hotel safes, indent products and many more.

• Male or Female, not more than 28 years of age with pleasing personality
• At least 2 years background in sales is a plus
• Experience in the same field of Furniture & Interiors Industry preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Knowledge in AUTOCAD, PHOTOSHOP, 3D and SKETCH UP is an advantage
• Preferably a graduate or with a Bachelor's/College Degree in any Business Course or degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Media Advertising, Communication Arts or Equivalent or Undergraduate of Architecture Course or Interior Design or Equivalent
• At least 1 year relevant work experience in Furniture & Space Planning Industry, IT, Online Marketing, Onling Advertising, Real Estate or Equivalent will be an advantage
• Talent for effectively interacting with windividual at all levels.
• Excellent communication and selling skills
• Must be customer service oriented, adaptable and flexible and willing to do filed work
• Self disciplined and professional in demeanour
• Energetic and has good work ethic
• Self motivated to work independently and/or with team support
• Excellent communication & Presentation Skills
• Sales and Results Oriented
• Hardworking, Aggressive, Resourceful and can handle pressure
• Fluent in Mandarin, Fook Yuen, Japanese, Korean is a PLUS FACTOR.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure his/her team achieves or exceeds sales targets;
• Ensure sufficient market coverage to explore all opportunitieson a scheduled basis;
• Contact potential customers to assess theri capability/coverage
• Develop and submit suitable selling proposals
• Maintain accurate up to date sales pipeline and forecasts
• Develop and maintain strategic sales accounts
• Represents company at trade association meetings to promote products and services 
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services
• Must quickly learn and familiarize himself/herself with products & services
• Strategize sales lead, push sales team, train sales team on proper handling of clients and orders.

Reports to:

• General Manager

Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or an Appropriate related Discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years related experience.
• Excellent verval and written communication skills.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Work Requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Will ideally have worked in large, medium and small companies
• Will live within easy commuting distance of Makati

Working Hours

• Normal working hours for this role are Monday - Friday 8:00 to 6:00 and Saturday 8:00 to 12:00, although the successful candidate will be required to be flexible with respect to hours worked to meet the need of the company

Renumeration

• There will be a salary component to the successful candidate'ss renumeration, but the role is principally commission based
