Summary

Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies, Assist with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations and other questions.

Responsibilities

-Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

-Resolve customer complaints via phone, email and other means of communication.

-Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information

-Greet customers warmly and ascertain problems or reason for calling.

-Assist with placement of orders, repairs, refunds or exchanges.

-Advise on company information.

-Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.

-Answer question about warranties or terms of sale.

-Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.

-Handle product recalls.

-Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.

-Close out or open call records.

-Compiles reports on overall customer satisfaction.






Your profile

- Minimum 1 year working experience in Customer Service in retail or wholesale trade company.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including excellent questioning and listening and the ability to communicate with a wide range of people.
- Reliable and Ethical respecting customers confidentiality.
- Must be able to handle diffeerent client personalities.
- Strong customer service ethics.
- Good language abilities in English and FIlipino.
- Willingness to take over responsibility,
