POSITION OVERVIEW:                     

·         The Account Management Officer is the arm of the group on maintaining and growing of relationships with all existing and new clients while achieving the group’s assigned sales and profit goal.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for achieving the company's business target by renewing and developing existing portfolio
• Attends to clients' inquiries and concerns
• Checks accuracy of deliverables and ensures that they are received by the client within the agreed turnaround time
• Analyzes reports, recommends and implements initiative
• Negotiates with providers to ensure that proposals gathered are viable and cost-efficient
• Presents reports and proposal to key personnel 

·         Efficiency and timeliness in facilitation renewal negotiation (franchise, request for proposals, revisions, matrix)

·         Accuracy of HMO/GYRT matrix (benefits and rates)

 

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Nursing, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Corporate / Customer Service / Account Management on Health / Life Insurance or equivalent.
• Must be Female with pleasing personality
