The ESL English Teacher shall be responsible for the following: 

·         Conduct English Online classes with excellence

·         Assess the students' language learning progress and adjust the teaching methods accordingly.

·         Provide daily, weekly and quarterly assessments of students’ overall performance

·         Evaluate student progress and give appropriate recommendations

·         We welcome American accent trainers and coaches from the BPO industry

·         We offer a very competitive salary of 7k-9k

·         We need ESL teachers ASAP

Requirements:

·         At least 1- 2 years ESL teaching experience

·         Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Journalism, Linguistics/Languages, others or equivalent.

·         Must have Teaching Credentials/Certification.

·         Must have excellent communication skills.

·         Can work on weekends and holidays, and work on a flexible schedule.

·         Must be patient and able to teach students with diverse backgrounds.

·         Able to meet deadlines and handle stress.

·         Behave in a professional manner, consistent with normal business practices.

·         Maintain or exceed ITeach’s quality standards for all assigned tasks.   

·         Required skill(s): English teacher, ESL teacher, Communications Trainer/ Coach
