Responsibilities:

• Provide support in many varieties on Travel or Airline’s customer service requests.
• Will be responsible for assuring total customer service and satisfaction.
• Someone who will maintain day-to-day interaction with clients and customers from different regions, address their various concerns and general inquiries, handle their complaints and different situations about particular services.
• Should be able to effectively resolve all customer queries.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have completed two (2) years in college or possess at least a Vocational Diploma, Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Applicants with at least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in a BPO industry are encouraged to apply.
• Above average English written and verbal command is required.
• Background in handling travel accounts is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are also encouraged to apply.
