The main job of the personal assistant is to provide secretarial and administrative support the executive management of the company. She will be reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Skills requirement:

·        Ideally educated to college degree level

·        Must be female

·        Preferably with minimum of two years PA/secretarial experience at a senior level

·        Shorthand and excellent typing skills- Good computer literacy, speed and accuracy essential. (MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint). Knowledge of graphics is an advantage.

·        Preferably with experience of working within an international environment, ideally international organization, NGO and/or multinational private sector.

·        Preferably with experience of dealing with different time zones.

·        Excellent organizational skills.

·        Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with professional phone manners.

·        Willing to work in a multicultural environment

·        With proven ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

·        Bright, highly personable and with confident personality.

·        Flexible and mature and has the ability to work with minimal supervision.
