 Undertake supplementary training where directed by Readify

 Translating business requirements into technical specifications

 Attending and contributing to client briefings

 Coding, Testing, and Documenting software developed and or infrastructure implemented

 Delivering and installing the software

 Apply a pragmatic approach to development and engineering undertakings

Actively participate in the company’s Professional Development program.

 Nominate and agree areas of interest and value to Discover and Master as part of your PD Program.

 Contribute to the general knowledge of the organisation by actively seeking valuable information (via blogs and other mechanisms) and then sharing them with the group by documenting discoveries to the company knowledge base and or presenting to other Technical staff.

Approach all Professional Development assignments and opportunities as if our collective futures depend on it, because they do.  Time spent on Professional Development must be as productive and measurable as any other assignment.

 Undertake measurable assessments that validate the learning outcomes achieved.  This may include exams and certification.

Communicate frequently and efficiently with the Customer, Principal Consultant, and or Sales Executives on all customer assignments, detailing technical achievements, deliverables, issues, etc.

Establish trust relationships within all accounts.  Not only should this augment additional value for our customer, but also create cross promotion opportunities for the placement of additional and or complementary Readify Consultants, which you should refer to Readify sales staff.
