Ø   Conduct site inspection to verify the readiness of activities before raising  RFI (Request For Inspection) to avoid violation comments  from  Saudi Aramco project inspection division (SAPID) representatives.

Ø  Preparation of inspection procedures for materials as well as construction activities.

Ø  Conduct inspection on all civil construction materials delivered at site and make sure that these have materials Test  certificate (MTC),  and  purchase order from approved Saudi Aramco vendors and inspection release from manufacturers

Ø  Accompany the SAPID representative to carry out routine inspection on the categories of witness and hold points.

Ø  Preparation of construction procedures and getting them approved by Saudi Aramco.

Ø  During site works ensure that the Construction procedures are followed. Also ensure that all related Inspection tests are conducted during construction.

Ø  Make mark ups for preparing ‘as-built’ drawings. Ensure that ‘as built’ drawings are prepared in accordance with Saudi Aramco drafting standards

 

Experience

 

Ø  At least 10 years experience in Civil Constructions related to Oil & Gas plants, Refineries, petro chemical plants including buildings, Community facilities, foundations for heavy equipment and steel structures,  of which 5 shall be as Civil QC Inspector.  

Ø  Shall have knowledge in Saudi Aramco Engineering standards (SAES), Inspection procedures (SAIP), Preparation of Quality documentation  including specifications, Inspection records and qualification records in line with Saudi Aramco Material System specifications (SAMMS)  and in Saudi Aramco formats

Ø  Shall be aware of Saudi Aramco Engineering procedures and reporting ( SAEP and SAER), Saudi Aramco Product specifications (SAPS), Saudi Aramco Construction specifications, Sanitation Code, and Construction Safety Manual.

Ø  Shall be well versed in International standards related to Civil materials & construction and steel structures.

Ø  Capable of preparing inspection procedures, conduct inspections, and Reports, initiate Non Conformance Reports (NCR) to highlight violations and non complying practices during construction. 

Ø  Knowledge of Saudi Aramco typical inspection procedures (SATIP) and Inspection Check lists (SAIC)
