Education (any of the following)

·         Technology Graduate

·         BS Engineering under Grad (at least 4 years)

·         BS Engineering Degree Holder but willing to work as Technician.

Work Experience

Minimum of five (5) years work experience in HERMETIC Product Assembly and Test Equipment Repair and Maintenance Function.

 

Extensive experience in FOL and EOL Assembly Equipments specifically on the following areas:

 

·         Wafer Saw

·         Die Attach

·         Wire bond

·         Sealing Furnace

·         Bake Ovens

·         Cap Welders

Other Requirements

·      With US visa preferred

·      Can communicate well in English (both written and verbal.

·      Good hand/eye coordination as demonstrated by pre-employment testing or previous experience.

·      Self driven and highly motivated.

·      Workaholic

·      Can handle pressure at work

·      Preferably with Good Time Management Skills.

·      Willingness to Learn and without attitude problem.

·           Must have analytical skills

1. Reports directly to Assembly / Test / Equipment Engineer.
2. Responsible in making sure all machine under his responsibility operates under strict compliance to set procedure, specification and standards.
3. Performs Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Work.
4. Ensures that all machines are equipped with guards and safety features needed to prevent injury.
5. Works hand and hand with Engineer in formulating corrective action and or improvement plans necessary to enhance existing system, specification and or controls in as far as the machine is concern.
6. Must be able to inject and or recommend POKA-YOKE / TQM solution in existing equipment set
7. up / system configuration to achieve zero defects principle.

 

8. Shall be responsible to generate reports related to field or work lie OEE, MTBA, MTBF and MTTR.
9. Performs other task as called for by their superior.
