Responsibilities:

·         Interfere with a number of retail outlets and carry the company branded products.

·         Provide service and maintain good working relationship with retailers

·         Help both retail and company to maximize sales and increase sales volume

·         Can accomplish through execution, education, and promotion

Stock:                   

·         Ensure proper level stock and maintained be resellers

·         Check that all stock are in sellable condition

·         Highlight any EOL/Obsolete products to resellers/dirty for clearance

·         Arrange stock according to plan-program display guide

Visibility

·         Implement new POP Material and check exciting POP materials

·         Replace any out-dated or worn out but POP materials

·         Ensure best presentation of company products and its display are properly maintained.

·         Secure at score level for better products position (eye-level) and more product facing frontage position

·         Take pictures before and after implementation

Competition

·         Check stock level, pricing, and promotion of competitor’s product

·         Take pictures pricing and promotions

·         Report to the company any promotion, new products and pricing

·         Report any business intelligence information gathered from the resellers

Education

·         Conduct on the spot training to retail sales. Introduce new product close to launch date provide product information/datasheet, brochures, printout, etc.

·         Modify products training presentation to suit individual resellers/retailers

·         Encourage sales staff to visit the company for self-training and quiz

Relationship

·         Build relationship with store sales and/or buyer

·         Gain mindshare of retail sales to push company products

·         Help them to resolve any questions or issues related to company products

Others

·         Maintain and update database of resellers

·         Supervise and conduct sales major IT
