·       Monitor, verifies, identifies, analyzes and gives disposition on low yielding devices and QA reject lots in Lead bond. Die Attach, First optical and Second Optical Stations.

·       Develop, evaluates and implement product process flow to improve yield, quality and productivity.

·       Conducts in depth analyzes and evaluation to characterize failure in term of extent of damage and gives disposition on implications attributed to process flow, handling, material defect or machine trouble.

·       Conduct line monitoring to ensure that the established processes are implemented and affected.

·       Reviews bonding diagrams, process requirement, customer specification and standard operating procedures. Initiates modification/revision of the same to improve and simplify process by repairing Process Instruction (PI) or Engineering Change Notice (ECN).

·       Review and analyzes yield reports and initiates necessary correction action to upgrade yield.

·       Test the effectively and efficiency of recommend process through simulations prior to full implementation the line.

·       Regularly review the Quality Deviation notices (QDN’s) and recommends appropriate solutions to the line problem. Conduct evaluations and qualification of new material, equipment and machines intended for production use.

·       Conduct periodic check of all line equipment to ensure conformance to safety and specifications.

·       Design new mechanisms and tools to increase output and yield with high quality.Initiates cost reduction programs. 

Qualifications :      

·        3-5 yrs experience as Process Engineer in a semiconductor company.

·       Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering.
