Job Description

To transalate conversation from English/Chinese, Chinese/English for Manaing Director
To go on business trip with Managing Director overseas or in China for customer meetings and to participate in trade shows / exhibition
To conduct marketing research / plans on Alibaba, facebook, linkedin and other social media
To provide quotations to customers by email and follow up on the order arrangements. To place PO to production and arrange shipments for customers
To communicate with forwaders for shipments arrangement, custome clearence and so on.
To check with production crew and come up with causes and solutions when there are complaints on our goods and services
To have meeting with production to ensure the production schedule and to discuss solutions on any potential production issues
To follow up the production of the samples as per customers' request and ship them as per customers' instructions
To convert the inlay drawings / CQM document / tender information and so on from Chines to English and English to Chinese
Direct Sales engagement for Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam
Personal assistance to the Managing Director.
