Responsibilities
Secretarial and administrative support to Director of External Affairs including screening of calls enquires and requests; calendar management, preparation of meeting documents, arranging visa, hotel & accommodation, and other task concerning the company.
Assist in reporting of department expenditures and maintaining monthly records
Administrative support to the External Affairs department including booking of meeting rooms; maintaining department files and archives
Assist in the sales, inventory control
Any other administrative work that may be of assistance to the Managing Director or the department
Requirements:
Possess a Certificate / Diploma with at least 1 year Admin & Secretarial experience or same field
Proficient in MS Office
Some knowledge of book-keeping would be an advantage
Good interpersonal and communications skills
Detail oriented, exercise discretion, understanding and ability to handle confidential work knowledge and issues
Excellent organization and time management skills with an ability to work sometimes to tight deadlines
