We are looking for Virtual Secretary who can work immediately. You can work whenever you want as long as you complete assignments on time. This would be a great way for a "newbie" to get some experience working from home! the work is simple - you will be using the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and Access) to prepare reports, letters, flyers and other documents for a fundraising benefit. Experience with Powerpoint is also helpful but not required.
You must be able to multitask and have eperience with MS office. Vertual Secretary should be highly organized and able to follow detailed directions regarding page and document layouts. You must have secure, online, backup storage to sending/recieving very large files.
