Responsibilities:

 

1.  Acts as leader of the newly created unit.

2.  Plans, organize, lead and control within the assigned unit.

3.  Responsible in building and managing your unit.

4.  Non-stop searching of potential individual/human resources to be a member of the group or   

     unit.

5.  Responsible in converting those human resources to become productive and profitable with      

     sustainability.

6.  Conducts trainings, meetings, orientations,  joint field works and caddying to the newly

     member of the team/unit.

 

Qualifications:

 

1. Has a good communication skills

2. Has a leadership skills

3. Has a good inter-personal skills

4. Hard-working

5. College graduate

6. Is 30 years old and above

7. Has mobility (preferably has own vehicle)
