1. Continuous activity of seeking, observing, identifying and qualifying people/prospect.

2. Secures appointment with the identified and qualified people/prospect.

3. Meet, interview and gather a body of information about the prospect.

4. After identifying the prospect’s protection needs, present the financial solution that is to     

    highlight  the benefits of  the products/services.

 

5. Executes anything  that will cause a prospect to buy now.

6. Ensures client’s satisfaction and maintaining the business in the books of the company.

 

Qualifications:

 

1. Honest individual

2. Has eagerness to help others

3. Resourceful and creative

4. Hard-working

5. Good Communication Skills

6. Has working experienced specializing in sales

7. A college graduate

8. Is 28 years old and above
