• Interface with our clients to provide customer service, sales and to provide support with file preparations.
• Interaction with customer via phone, email and / or live chat.
• Will handle inbound and outbound calls and be able to provide the customers effective product advice and accurate pricing.
• Responsible in assisting clients with troubleshooting.
• Responds to web site comments and file set-up questions.
• Assists customer with their file issues
• Oversee completion of sale from initial contact to product delivery via telephone and email correspondence.
• Building rapport and relationships with prospects through prompt, courteous and professional service.
• Responsible for communicating any new requirements, changes, updates on all support related information as well as company information

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and weekends
• Contact center customer service experience (voice, chat and/or email) preferred but NOT required
• Applicants must be 18 years old or above
