Marketing / Communication, Public Relations (PR)

Salary: 10-15K+incentives (Negotiable on current)

1.      Graduate with fluent verbal & written communication skills in English. Make proposals.

2.      2-4 Yrs of Sales / BD experience in IT / ITES sales 

3.       Descent understanding of global IT outsourcing markets and able to do R&D on Web for opportunity identification, competitor watch, bidding though Web portals.

4.      Able to work closely with engineering & Pre Sales teams for making Techno commercial proposals for prospective customers.

5.       Academic Technical background is a plus though NOT mandatory.

6.      Willing to work on 60:40 ratio Fixed + Variable (Incentives) salary structure

7.      Good to have prior work experience of working in Sales / BD roles for respective (US) and (UK, EU, MENA Region) (Desired)

8.      Manage Business Development Consultants (BDC's) who's role consists of cold calling, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification

9.      Motivate Individuals and Team to exceed objectives through coaching regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives.

10.  High incentives on business development. Can handle overall sales process independently.

11.  Lead generation & cold calling.

12.  Client follow ups, servicing, deal closure & collection.
