• Support hardware/software issues on Desktops and Laptops by email/ Phone/ Remote desktop for US/ UK clients
• Identify and contribute to projects to improve product support, customer satisfaction and team efficiency
• Good analytical and logical troubleshooting skills
• Elevate / Escalate calls/customer issues in a timely manner
• Work under limited supervision
• Candidate must be willing to provide 24/7 voice, voice support
• Should be an A+ with some server side experience
• Spoken english should be second to none
